Original Noise Problem
The HVAC equipment which was located outside the facility was causing excessive noise levels at the property line. As a result, the surrounding neighborhood was being negatively impacted and Evergreen’s occupancy permit would not be provided until the problem was solved.

Solutions/Materials Used
SVA designed and installed a custom sound barrier wall to reduce the noise levels. The height of the barrier wall was 42 ft., which is 5x higher than what is normally required for a sound barrier.
