Rollout Isolation Floor System

Original Noise Problem
A multi-level movie theater complex was being built at the TD Garden. This would require a noise-control solution to keep sound from traveling between theaters.

Solutions/Materials Used
SVA supplied and installed a two-inch thick rollout isolation floor system, on top of which a 4” concrete slab was poured to create the finished floor. SVA was able to meet the targeted STC rating of 62.
